Abstract

Annotatsiya: Aseptiknekroz (avaskular nekroz - AVN) suyakning degenerativ holati bo'lib, subxondral qon aylanishining buzilishi natijasida hujayralar o'limi va suyaklarning yemirilishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Aseptik nekroz qon tomirlari shikasti, gipertenziya yoki suyaklarning qon aylanishini kamaytiradigan ekstravaskulyar qisqarish bilan boshlanadi. Kortikosteroidlar doimiy ravishda o'tkir COVID-19 infektsiyalarini davolash uchun ishlatilsa-da, holatlar uning noj`oya ta'siriga, xususan, aseptik nekrozga moyil. COVID-19 giperkoagulatsiyani keltirib chiqaradi, bu venoz trombozga ta`sir qiladi, natijada aseptik nekrozni keltirib chiqaradi. COVID-19 infektsiyasi va kortikosteroidlardan foydalanish kombinatsiyasi tufayli aseptik nekroz uchun ortib borayotgan xavf oshmoqda. Quyida bir nechta maqolalar COVID-19 va kortikosteroidlardan foydalanishning kombinatsiyasi aseptik nekroz xavfini oshirishini va COVID-19 bilan bog'liq nafas olish belgilarining boshlanishini kamaytiradi degan fikrni qo'llab-quvvatlaydi.
