Abstract

Annotation: A key element of teacher development is reflective practice, which promotes ongoing professional development and improved instructional efficacy. The theoretical underpinnings, real-world applications, and effects of reflective practice on teacher development as well as challenges of reflective practice are all examined in this article. Furthermore, the article emphasizes how crucial reflective practice is in encouraging educators to foster a culture of continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
