Annotation: This article discusses the problems associated with learning Russian as a foreign language, such as the difficulty of grammar rules and the lack of accessible learning materials. Russian is a key language in international relations and helps to better understand Russian culture. The prospects for developing Russian as a foreign language are emphasized.
