Abstract

Relevance: COVID-19 is a multisystem illness among many problems like lung problems that commonly causes renal damage. We found a significant rise in the incidence of acute tubulointerstitial nephritis (aTIN) among children since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. This motivated us to investigate if SARS-CoV-2 was the underlying cause.
