Annotation: Infertility is a prevalent issue affecting many couples worldwide, defined as the inability to conceive after one year of regular, unprotected intercourse. The field of gynecology offers various treatment options ranging from medical interventions and assisted reproductive technologies (ART) to surgical procedures. This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of the current treatment modalities for infertility, examining their effectiveness, indications, and potential complications. By synthesizing recent literature and clinical guidelines, this review seeks to guide healthcare professionals in optimizing fertility management.
