Abstract

Abstract: In the modern educational landscape, the development of professional competencies among students is essential to ensure their success in future careers. One of the most effective methods for fostering these competencies is through project-based learning. This approach allows students to engage in real-world challenges, collaborate, and apply their theoretical knowledge in practical settings. The article explores the significance of project work in the development of key professional skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication. It also examines the distinctive features of project-based learning, its impact on students’ motivation, and its ability to enhance practical skills. The study provides insights into the specific strategies that educators can employ to integrate project-based learning effectively into curricula, fostering a holistic development of students' professional competencies.
