Abstract: this article considers the importance of modern methods and methods of application in foreign language teaching methodology. With the development of globalization and information technologies, the foreign language teaching process requires new approaches and methods. Modern methods help to make the foreign language teaching process more effective and interesting. The article can be useful to pedagogues, teachers and educational specialists in encouraging students to successfully learn foreign languages by using modern methods.
