Abstract

Introduction.

Many studies (e.g., Glowka, 2014; Boyle, 1987; Slik et al., 2015) have demonstrated that gender affects foreign-language performance. Though this topic has not been studied fully, the existing findings suggest that female learners are superior in languages to male learners (Sunderland, 2000; Glowka, 2014).
