Annotatsiya: Mamlakatimizda har qanday kasb egasi avvalo odob axloq namunalariga ega bо‘lishi tabiiy.Pedagogikada axloq va odobning muhim xususiyatlaridan biri bu shirinsо‘zlik insonning atrofdagi odamlar bilan yaqin munosobatda bо‘lishiga intilish deb ta'riflanadi.Shu orqali о‘quvchilar kо‘ngliga yо‘l topa oladi. О‘qituvchilarning yana bir majburiyatlaridan biri bu muloqot jarayonidir.Mazkur maqolada umumiy о‘rta ta’lim maktabi va oliy ta'lim pedagoglarida о‘qituvchi odobi fazilatlarini rivojlantirish yо‘llari va pedagog odobining tarixiy ildizlari, Pedagog odobi fazilatlarini shakllantirishning xususiyatlari, Jamiyatning о‘qituvchi shaxsiga munosabati, o‘quvchilarda pedagog odobi fazilatlarini shakllantirish yо‘llari kо‘rsatib berilgan, ishni tashkil qilishga doir tavsiyalar berilgan.
