Annotatsiya: Bugungi tez sur’atda, talabchan va ko’pincha noaniq dunyoda hissiy barqarorlik har qachongidan ham muhimroqdir. Bu bizning ruhiy farovonligimizning asosi bo’lib, bizga hayotdagi qiyinchiliklarni chidamlilik bilan yengish, ijobiy munosabatlarni saqlab qolish va maqsadlarimizga erishish imkonini beradi. Shining uchun o’smirlarda hissiy barqarorlikni ta’minlash eng muhim masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada o’smirlarning hissiy barqarorligini ta’minlash ularning umumiy farovonligi va rivojlanishi uchun juda muhimligi, chunki bu ularning jismoniy salomatligi, o’quv muvaffaqiyati, ijtimoiy munosabatlari va kelajakdagi ruhiy salomatligiga chuqur ta’sir qilishi haqida so’z boradi.
