Аннотация: Проведена оценка клинической эффективности использования глицирризиновой кислоты у больных с COVID-19 проведена путем проспективного исследования клинических и лабораторных данных 163 пациентов с COVID-19. При этом, сравнительная характеристика маркеров воспаления и эндотелиальной дисфункции у больных с COVID-19 контрольной и основной группы после лечения глицирризиновой кислотой показала достоверную разницу в показателях, где в группе больных, которые получали препарат на основе глицирризиновой кислоты достоверно чаще нормализовались, тогда как в группе сравнения еще оставались на уровне выше нормальных показателей.

Аннотация: Проведено проспективное исследование 163 больных с новой коронавирусной инфекцией COVID-19, госпитализированных на базе Самаркандского областного специализированного медицинского центра за период 2020-2022 гг., было проведено исследование уровня фактора роста эндотелия сосудов (VEGF A) в сыворотке крови методом иммуноферментного анализа. Проведенные нами исследования показали, что значение маркера эндотелиальной дисфункции фактора роста эндотелия сосудов VEGF-А имеет связь с полом, возрастом, тяжестью течения, а также в зависимости от сопутствующих заболеваний. При этом, мониторинг показателей маркеров воспаления, эндотелиальной дисфункции фактора роста эндотелия сосудов VEGF-А являются значимыми для выявления факторов риска развития осложнений при кардиоваскулярных заболеваниях, как в момент поступления, так и в периоде ранней реконвалесценции.

This study aims to identify the most effective reading strategies to enhance students' reading skills in language classrooms. Conducted as action research, the study involved 14 intermediate-level students enrolled in an integrated skills course. The central research question was, "Do reading strategies improve my students' reading comprehension?" The findings indicate that students demonstrated significant improvement in their comprehension skills after receiving instruction on reading strategies.

Abstract: Writing is the most important skill for learning a language. Writing allows pupils to convey their thoughts, yet most kids still make significant errors in spelling, grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation. The only way to repair it is to provide the students with a solution that includes a tool that may assist and advise them in identifying their mist akes. The goal of this study is to help students improve their writing skills by utilizing the Grammarly application. Grammarly guides kids in identifying errors and how to c orrect them, as well as improving their writing skills, particularly in second grade and senior high school. This study employed a qualitative approach with pre-test and posttest. The subject of this research comprises of 32 kids in second grade at senior. Mean while, the ability to write journal articles is considered one of the writing abilities dev eloped from the Process/Cognitive method. One of the fundamental methods for publi shing students' manuscripts is to examine the structure of a journal article, the writing guide, and the writing style of the journal publication to which the manuscript is mean t to be published. By following the above recommendations for writing a journal articl e, EFL students will not only enhance their writing skills but also make their work mo re valuable.

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the classic cooperative learning model in the study of Kitab Kuning in Pondok Pesantren Miftahul. Ulum Lumajang, using an input-process-output evaluation approach. There.The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques data including observation, interview and document analysis. U The classic cooperative learning model of this course consists of four phases: explanation of material, group learning, assessment and team recognition. Uthe results show that the classic cooperative learning model is effective to improve students' knowledge of Kitab Kuning. The material explanation phase helps students understand the vocabulary and complex language structures. The group learning phase facilitates active interaction and cooperation among students, which improves collective knowledge. Assessment through tests and questionnaires comprehensively measures individual and group progress. The team recognition phase provides additional motivation for students by rewarding group achievements. The implications of this study suggest that the classical cooperative learning model can be applied as an effective method for learning Kitab Kuning in other Tandir. With its structured approach based on group collaboration, this model will improve not only academic achievement, but also social skills and motivation of students. The objective of this research is to determine if the app Duolingo is it effective or not in teaching vocabulary in the tenth grade of SMA N 2 Purworejo. The design of this research was quasi-experimental research belonging to the quantitative method. The researcher defines this study as quantitative in the form of a quasi-experimental design involving a single pre-test and post-test group. The population of this study was the tenth grade of SMA N 2 Purworejo. Use purposive sampling technique the sample of this study is composed of 36 students of X SPI 1. So, the tool of this research it consists of forty multiple-choice questions for the pre-test and post-test.
